Our story
Practical advisory for owners who prefer substance over jargon.
We started with a simple idea: financial and management advisory in Serbia does not have to sound like an MBA textbook. Our clients are real companies with real people and real numbers — and they want advice that works in practice.
We work with manufacturing, IT, service and trading companies of different sizes, typically in the 10 to 200 employee range. Some engagements are single projects; with others we have been part of the extended leadership team for years.
Our approach is straightforward: understand the business, get the numbers right, build a plan, help you execute it, and measure the results.
Founder
Đorđe Đokić
Financial and management advisor with more than 20 years of experience.
Before founding DJDJ Savetovanje, Đorđe held senior roles in finance, controlling and general management — both in multinationals and in growing local companies.
He specialises in working with SME owners at moments of transition: bringing in partners, restructuring, professionalising the management team, and preparing the business for a sale or a significant step-change in growth.
He believes an advisor's job is not to impress the owner, but to help them make the decision they would not have made alone — and to see it through.
