Privacy policy

The controller of your personal data is DJDJ Savetovanje, with its registered office at Kulina Bana 1, 11000 Belgrade, Serbia. Any question regarding data protection can be sent to office@djdj.rs.

We collect only the data you voluntarily provide to us through the contact form, the quote form, or in the course of an engagement: full name, company name, tax ID (PIB), email address, phone number and the content of your message.

Through the quote form (/en/ponuda) we also collect data about your business that we need in order to prepare an offer — legal form, VAT status, invoice volume, headcount and similar. This information is used solely to prepare the offer and is not shared with third parties.

During an engagement we may additionally process data necessary for delivering the agreed services (for example financial data, employee data and similar).

For the purpose of analysing the effectiveness of our marketing channels, we retain technical data about the source of visits (UTM parameters), without linking it to your identity if you have not submitted a form.

We use your data exclusively to: respond to your inquiry, prepare an offer, prepare and perform service agreements, and meet our legal obligations.

Data submitted through the contact form and the quote form is retained for up to 12 months after the last communication if no contractual relationship is established. Data from active engagements is retained in line with accounting and tax legislation.

Data is stored in a secure database (Supabase) with controlled access. Access is limited to authorised members of our team.

Under the Serbian Personal Data Protection Act you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability and objection.

Requests can be sent to office@djdj.rs and we will respond within 30 days.
